  • It’s mandatory for all of our Carers to have successfully completed an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before starting work with us.
  • No - employers in the care sector will have their own ways of selecting people for a particular job. However, a profile should indicate how suitable you are for work in the sector.
  • Experience is not necessary - what’s most important to us is that you have the right personality. You need to be patient, hardworking, reliable, and enjoy making people feel valued. At Right Care Recruitment, we hold this as a key priority.
